 Buyers' Responsibilities: Have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within  48 hrs. of arrival or purchase day, if a problem does arise, the breeder must be contacted within 24 hrs of the examination.  The problem must be verified by the breeders own veterinarin.  Puppy/dog is to be paid in full (minus previously paid deposit) in cash, paypal, or U.S. Postal money (see deposits) order on or before the puppy leaves the Seller's premises.  The health of this puppy is excellent to the best of my knowledge and belief at the time of sale.  All precautions hae been taken that all pups are clean and in good health before leaving the breeder.  This puppy has had the appropriate inoculations and has been dewormed.  Pups are free from any communicable diseases, apparent wounds or injuries except as noted.   The buyer is to complete the set of inoculations.  Puppies have shots at 6 wks, (usually the buyer gets the 10,14 wks) 10 weeks, and 14 weeks. ( a vaccination schedule will be provided)  Your puppy has been treated against internal parasites. Please  Note: It takes up to two weeks for the vaccine to start to work, do not travel around with your pup, visiting, places where other pets may be, etc:  Until then take precaution as they could still contract the disease.  Our gaurantee will not cover this if this should happen.   No puppy  will be replaced due to failure to obtain proper vet care.  A licensed vet must examine all puppies within 48 hours from time of the purchase for any guarantee to be valid.  Notification of the vet results are required. As stated below in the Health Guaurantee.  The buyer assumes all responsibility for care of this puppy.  The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, causes of action and damages.  HEALTH GAURANTEE: This puppy/dog is guaranteed for one (1) year from date of birth for Congenital defects.  At the expense of the Buyer, this pupppy/dog must be taken to a licensed Vet for thorough examination within two (2) days from the time of purchase or receipt of puppy, for the guarantee to be valid.  the breeder is not responsible or liable for vet fees, of any sort incurred after leaving breeder premises.   The seller MUST be notified immediately after the examination of any congenital defect. (congenital defect meaning: a problem that will not allow the pup to grow or age to a normal life expectancy) If your vet detects a life threatening problem within that time, LG Puppies must my notified IMMEDIATLY.  This health gaurantee does not cover non life-threatening conditions such as coddiciosis or giardia.  Nor does it cover temporary disorders such as hypoglycemia, or other non life-threatening disorders such as uneven bite, undescended testicles, cherry eyes, inguinal or umbilical hernias or patellar dislocations.  The puppy MUST be returned to the seller along with a signed statement from a vet stating the problem and treatment recomended.  If this occurs, seller agrees to a replacement puppy of equal quality.  If in the event there are no pups available, then the buyers will be placed on list from the next litter of equal value.   No cash will be refunded.  The puppy will be replaced ONLY the one time.  (at the descretion of the seller) Buyer pays all shipping involved in obtaining a replacement puppy.  Obtaining should mean that they return the "defective" puppy in order to receive another.  REMEMBER owning a puppy/dog like any other pet is a responsiblitlty and a commitment for the life of the pet.   We the undersigned  agree to, and consider this contract as a legally binding document in the court of law . I have read these terms of the contract above, and by my signature, agree to the terms there in.  This gaurantee in NULL and VOID if the puppy changes ownership.
